We are looking for a Merchandise Manager for a top beauty company in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as a project manager to oversee end to end operations of the stores business by delivering a shared merchandising vision as it relates to in line and promotional merchandising
• Work with marketing team and cross-functional partners to help move projects forward from concept creation to execution
• Co-develop pitches to gain exposure in store through key placements and activities i.e. endcaps, wall updates etc.
• Execute all inline and monthly promotional merchandising activations
• Oversee budget management within color and in collaboration with the other PODS

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years brand management/merchandising experience, preferably with beauty industry-related experience
• Excellent written/oral communication skills and forecasting experience
• Ability to work autonomously, with strong organization and planning in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong execution, leadership and consensus building/decision making skills
• Computer literacy on Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
