We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail design and a proven track record in managing and implementing in-store merchandising projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement in-store merchandising to build brand awareness through marketing and creative concepts.
• Manage the production progress of each project from conception through completion, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and delivery schedules.
• Manage the 12-month store calendar with focus months, coordinating across brands as necessary, including endcap focus.
• Collaborate with brand marketers to develop and coordinate the calendar.
• Manage the master support list and due dates; partner with brand counterparts to ensure timeline delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and education teams for the development, specification, and purchase of all in-store premium/promotional items.
• Manage the library/master document of all in-store fixture components.
• Maintain store count and database of relevant store information.
• Issue purchase orders for all team projects.
• Reconcile invoices and resolve receiving issues for all POs.
• Develop collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read engineered drawings and die lines.
• Knowledgeable of industry trends and best practices.
• Technical expertise in IM/Vac, vac forms, fabrication, and wall systems.
• Excellent project management skills, communication skills, and self-motivation.
• Experience in the beauty industry preferred, but not required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $41.30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
