Job Description:

The Educator Certification Online System (ECOS) supports and facilitates the certification of Texas educators. This position will work with the ECOS development manager to provide the following Software Development Services:
1) Design complex modules for ECOS and its Accountability System for Ed Prep Programs (ASEP) .Net subsystem
2) Development of software modifications and enhancements including automated unit test cases.
3) Develop action plan to migrate outdated code from Classic ASP to .Net and .Net Core.
4) Develop new Residency Preparation Program route and certificate in ECOS using .Net and SQL Server.

Required skills:

• 8 years of experience in Microsoft .NET and .NET Core
• 5 years of experience in SQL Server 2019
• 5 years of experience in Design and write code as required for selected customer systems
• 5 years of experience in Analyze technical requirements and develop effective technical solutions
• 1 year of experience in Accountability Application
• 1 year of experience in Licensing Application
