Full Job Description:

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Network Design Engineer to join a growing team with a highly credible prime contractor, in support of a government agency. This position will require 5 days in the office, located in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Responsibilities/Overview:
• Working closely with the government lead in all duties associated with engineering on systems.
• Local Area Network (LAN)/Base Area Network (BAN) administration.
• Provide support with both the implementation and development of identity and access management requirements.
• Oversee Rights Management Services for users, administrators, and groups.
• Assist with performing integration with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates and network accounts to support two-factor authentication for all Active Directory (AD) domain account categories.

Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of IT experience with focus on networking.
• Prior work with Cisco routers and switches, configuration, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Juniper, Fortinet, Brocade, Avaya, or any related technologies.
• AWS or Azure experience is a plus.
• IAT III Certification (CASP+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNP Security
• Active Secret Clearance

Compensation and Benefits:
• $100,000-$115,000
