Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design implementation and management of network infrastructure projects using Cisco technologies.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) Cisco ISE Cisco Meraki SDWAN and other Cisco solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support for Cisco switches wireless networking and cloud networks.
• Ensure the security and reliability of network operations through the use of Cisco Umbrella and other security measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer analytics and experience offerings into network solutions.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve network efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular assessments of network infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for project execution.
• Deliver training and support to team members on Cisco technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on network performance and project progress to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Cisco technologies and network management practices.

Position Qualifications:

• 5+ years in an IT related role
• Possess a solid technical background in Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) Cisco ISE Cisco Meraki SDWAN and other Cisco solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in Cisco switches wireless networking and cloud networks.
• Have experience in customer analytics and customer experience offerings.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Show proficiency in network security measures and standard methodologies.
• Hold relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Application will be accepted until September 13, 2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $73,000- $115,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
