• Oversee and execute diverse human resource plans and protocols for all company personnel; collaborate with senior management on developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
• Spearhead engagements with external entities to manage payroll processing and coordinate 401K, insurance, accounting, and employment compliance matters.
• Facilitate communication with employees regarding payroll, benefits, and updates to HR policies as needed.
• Liaise with internal finance/controlling teams in Italy to assist in gathering data on organizational performance.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including payroll and benefit enrollment, distribution of the HR Handbook, and coordination with IT for seamless employee integration.
• Handle terminations of employees. • Implement and oversee Performance Evaluations with Leadership.
• Support recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates.
• Manage employee relations, maintain company organization charts, and update the employee directory.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR to implement group policies, monitor compliance, and develop site-specific initiatives.
• Supervise Accounts Payable processes and collaborate with external accountants as needed, initiating AP payments.
• Demonstrate understanding of basic accounting and finance principles, coordinating outsourced activities and collaborating with corporate functions to gather financial data for site performance monitoring.
• Proficient in data collection, assembly, and presentation for meaningful analysis.
• Identify gaps and propose new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency continually.
• Negotiate procurement of office supplies, furniture, equipment, etc., adhering to company purchasing policies and budget constraints.
• Contribute as required to various specialized projects.

Main Competencies and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of combined experience in human resources and office management preferred.
• Thorough understanding of federal and state employment regulations.
• Proficiency in office processes.
