Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges, and market forces, and develop strategic plans to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes.
- Embed Janssen portfolio & services into the Account Infrastructure, including shaping and preparing markets for launch brands and targeted therapies.
- Develop strong customer relationships and partner with key customers to implement compliant value solutions that optimize patient care.
- Integrate and prioritize Account Plans with key overlapping J&J partners and activities to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes.
- Analyze and apply market data to assess business opportunities and priorities, considering regional healthcare quality, delivery, and reimbursement trends.
- Lead and motivate extended team members to improve performance while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead collaboration across teams with dynamic strengths and reporting structures.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze highly complex, quantitative, and qualitative data.
- Excellent social, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills required.
- Demonstrated expertise in successfully handling complex accounts and establishing meaningful rapport with a wide range of individuals.
- Proven success in impacting business and partnerships in a highly competitive environment.
- Ambitious and possess a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare sales/account management experience.
- Extensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry, including knowledge of important individuals and care delivery approaches.
- Proven success in delivering sales results.
- Ability to travel up to 40%, including overnights.
- Valid driver's license within the 50 United States.
