We are a rigid & life science packaging solutions, is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who knows how to efficiently and effectively manage customer expectations and process order requirements . Experience in the rigid and corrugated packaging industry.

LOCATIONS: Austell, GA - Onsite

Pay:$20

Title: Onsite Customer Service Representative

Job Duties:

Take inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients

Team up with Outside Sales Department to help with territory management

Assist with Sourcing with Procurement Team

Provide Quotes and analytics to customers regarding pricing

Provide updates on deliveries

Handle disputes, resolve return, and resolve logistic issues

Generate and communicate reporting

Able to work in a fast paced and multi tasking environment

Job Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors in Business or Administrivia Management is preferred

Strong interpersonal skills

Some knowledge of Sales & Financial Process

Responsive to client and internal matters

Strategic and able to see full pictured

Tactful, assertive and effective in making decisions under pressure

Ability to comprehend operation goals as it relates to specific assignments

Dependable work History

Reliable transportation as this is a onsite role

Able to communicate professionally written and verbally

Looking for to grow within a new role and company

Must be 25 miles or less from Austell

Experience with MRP & Microsoft Suites

Prior experience in logistics and packaging industry
