Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience working as a customer support specialist or in a B2B operations role
- Technical experience with Excel (creating catalogs for price files, managing data, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability with office software in a business environment.
- Basic knowledge of varying supply chain procurement processes and/or options
- Requires related experience with a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Technical understanding and practical experience with major procurement system platforms (Ariba, Jaggaer/SciQuest, GHX, Advanced, Coupa, Unimarket, etc.) and protocols (cXML, OCI, EDI, etc.)
- Experience working in biotechnology or a related field
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
