Day to Day: Insight Global is searching for am Operations Coordinator for one of our top crop science clients. The Operations Coordinator will perform various activities for the clients facility based in Woodland, California. This role supports the Site Lead and Station Operations but works with all departments on site. The coordinator will assemble and analyze information, prepare reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memorandum as guided by general company practice. They will also establish and maintain departmental databases and develop spreadsheets of importance to departments on site.
Responsibilities:
Assembles and analyzes information; prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memorandum as guided by general company practice
Establishes and maintains departmental databases and develops spreadsheets of importance to departments on site
Assists in meeting planning and preparation work needed, i.e., drafting agendas and broader communications
Coordinates details of departmental meetings and/or on and off-site conferences, site events and site tours
Coordinates community outreach event(s) representing the site
May assist with business travel arrangements for department leaders
Screens/ redirect calls, takes messages, handles mail
Coordinates activities across departments and follows up to ensure that requests are carried out
Support accounts payable process, including PR/PR creation & management, invoice payment and vendor communications; contract support for land leases and other services
Interfaces with other individuals to share and coordinate workload
Performing additional accountabilities as required
Compensation:
$30/hr to $34/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience or Associates degree with 8 years experience
Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Strong interpersonal, organization, prioritization and attention to detail skills required
Able to work with employees at all levels of the organization
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred BS/BA with 5 years of experience
Experience with PowerApps like Power BI
SAP Experience
