JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Manager will support the Director of Operations in day-to-day oversight of our home care agency, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage staff, coordinate care services, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Client Care Coordination. Oversee the coordination of care services. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular client assessments and adjust care plans as needed
  • Scheduling Support. Assist the Senior Staffing Coordinator on scheduling functions, such as matching clients with caregivers, filling open shifts, and making introductions.
  • Recruitment Support. Support the Human Resources Manager with recruitment of caregivers, as needed. Evaluate processes and seek opportunities to increaseefficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Inside Sales. Work with the Director of Operations to manage inside sales calls from client prospects. Document discussions, track progress, address inquiries, and close deals.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to home care services. Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits and inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the home care or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of home care regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and home care management software.
