Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project planning and execution, ensuring products and services meet requirements by communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. They will play a key role in developing advanced manufacturing technology and overseeing its implementation into production. Additionally, the candidate will provide high-level analysis of product development initiatives, oversee program planning requests for new products, develop strategic plans to support production requirements, lead proposal preparation and new business development efforts, as well as mentor and coach team members while working independently.
