In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manages, develops, and leads the daily activities of multiple production teams.
  • Responsible for the daily activities of multiple production teams including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
  • Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
  • Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
  • Coaches and mentors team members.
  • Identifies training needs; develops and implements training plans.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience
  • Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system.
  • Identify and record any product, process, and quality system problems.
  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
  • Verify the implementation of solutions.
  • Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected as defined by the applicable procedures and/or by delegation of the appropriate Manufacturing Manager.
  • Ensures compliance to Standards of Business Conduct through familiarity with related policies and procedures. Trains and motivates subordinates in the importance of full compliance with the letter and spirit of such policies and procedures.
  • Ensure department goals for safety, quality, and throughput are achieved within AOP budgets.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
