Looking for an experienced Project Manager for the Henkel Adhesive Technologies Americas' Operations & Supply Chain team, who is willing to create, as well as drive transformational projects; has strong business acumen; learns eagerly and curiously; and ambitiously seeks to create a competitive advantage through strong collaboration with stakeholders.
Strategy:

Strategy:
- Strategize value creation to prepare future-ready operations (manufacturing and supply chain)
- Create, drive and execute transformative projects at pace and scale
- Support operations to "think big" while using data to focus on the areas that will have the most impact
- Create, steer and deliver projects where strategic initiatives are implemented with effective project planning & the desired benefits are realized on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement with the engineering department.
- Master's Degree Preferred, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field required
- 10 years working experience; 3 years of proven project management experience; 3 years manufacturing or engineering experience
- Strong understanding of Operations and Supply Chain processes
- Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change and innovation.
- A self-starter, who has excellent organizational skills to initiate and be change agent for cross functional/larger teams.
- Acumen for digitalization and sustainability
- A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
