Insight Global is looking for a consultant who is comfortable supporting local governments as a business analyst. The consultant will work on a team as the state conducts an analysis phase to move from PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 to Oracle Cloud ERP for the state's financial system. The team will be involved in assessing needs, and conducting fit/gap analysis of those needs against Oracle's cloud-based financial solutions (Oracle Cloud ERP). The team will also evaluate current financial systems to solidify functional scope and determine the potential systems for migration to the statewide Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. This consultant must be comfortable working onsite in Richmond, VA on Tuesday-Thursday each week.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion OK with related functional skills)
Experience with SDLC (design, development, and testing of system objects)
Experience working on similar project implementations
Expertise in one or more of the following modules:
o Record to Report, including Chart of Accounts Design (General Ledger Analyst)
o Project Foundation, Project Capital (Projects Analyst)
o Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable/Employee Expenses/Procurement system integration analyst)
o Acquire to Retire (Fixed Assets Analyst)
o Invoice to Cash (Accounts Receivable/Billing Analyst)
Great communication
Able to go onsite in Richmond, VA on Tuesday-Thursday
