Job Description

The University of Missouri - Kansas City (UMKC) invites applications for a short-term Senior Research Assistant position under the supervision of Dr. ZhiQiang Chen. This part time Sr. Research Assistant position will assist with:
  • Conduct research and development in use of large language models (LLMs) for knowledge enriched engineering automation and risk communication
  • Any other duties as assigned


Qualifications

A minimum of a Master's degree (MS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant experience with Generative AI (GenAI) is preferred

Anticipated Hiring Range

$25/hour
