Partner Services (HR) Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE:
Provides administrative support to the Partner Services on all human resources related activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Processes all aspects of a candidates pre-hire/transfer requirements; such as background check, drug screen, PeopleSoft transactions and all required new hire/transfer paperwork
2. Processes badges for the company
3. Supports the Corporate Regional Partner Services Manager for transactional HR related function
4. Maintains all Corporate entity files, including Healthcare Center Administrator
5. Acts as the receptionist for the Partner Services office
6. Monitors the partner services phone and e-mail; distributes communications and questions to the appropriate partner
7. Processes invoices and HR related account management and acce
8. Assists with the processing of verifications of employment and vendor contact
9. Assists with coverage of the reception area of the main corporate building
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Experience with two or more HR functional areas such as Employee Relations, Compensation, Training & Development, Benefits, Compensation or Communications highly desired
• Minimum of intermediate skill level with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task across multiple HR discipline
• Highly flexible, able to quickly adapt to changing prioritie
• Collaborative, able to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to work alone on a broad variety of project
• Ability to exercise effective judgment and sensitivity to changing needs and situation
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• PeopleSoft experience preferred.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources or related experience in lieu of degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) four (4) years experience in Human Resources or related field.
