TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Role:
As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the Partnerships Campaign Operations Manager will be responsible for strategizing and optimizing the revenue-driving campaigns and programs, to support the business growth of the Managed Creator Partnerships team and Creator Network Partnerships team. This will come in the form of monthly and quarterly growth strategies, and the execution of campaigns and programs that effectively leverage the best of education, experiments, and incentives resources.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team leaders to build monthly and quarterly revenue campaigns and programs, like tournaments and leaderboards of the creators and creator networks
- Lead and drive the implementation of revenue campaigns and programs within the Managed Creators partnerships team and the Creator Network partnerships team
- Leverage data to optimize partnerships campaigns and programs; provide insights, recommendations, and direction to build best practices that can be leveraged by existing and peer teams
- Act as one core DRI from the Managed Creators partnerships team and the Creator Network partnerships team, to collaborate with AMS campaign team, to drive the on-platform campaigns implementation efficiency
- Lead and project manage key campaigns, initiatives, and events that support the US LIVE ecosystem

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA and 5+ years of experience working in creator campaign management, or agency partners campaign management
- Ability to leverage data as a key driver for decision making, campaign performance analysis, and impact attribution analysis
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on teaching creators how to grow and thrive
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
