We seek a dynamic and experienced TSP Live Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the execution and optimization of live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, working closely with Third-Party Service Providers (TSPs) to drive growth, enhance service quality, and achieve exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Live Operations Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of TikTok Shop LIVE sessions.
- Ensure high-quality live streaming experiences that drive significant GMV.
- Monitor live session metrics and implement strategies to improve GMV/hour and Conversion Rates.

- TSP Coordination:
- Collaborate with TSPs to identify and support showcase sellers, defining live goals for each.
- Facilitate regular communication and feedback loops with TSPs to ensure continuous improvement.

- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze key performance metrics from live sessions and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct post-live reviews and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies based on data analysis and shape best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of working experience in eCommerce, social media platforms, and digital content.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the livestreaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry.
- A strong understanding of livestreaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends is preferable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
