Patient Placement Team Lead

To facilitate the smooth operation of the department by processing paperwork, scheduling exams, signing out of CD's, managing attorney offices claims, aiding in scorecard documentation and promoting a professional and cooperative work environment and staying abreast of changes by attending mandatory meetings. This position will oversee all other schedulers in the department in regards to training and scheduling. The lead position will be responsible for direct communication with the Radiologists and physician offices. Will report directly to the Director. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduate, GED or 3 years relevant experience.

Experience: Experience as a secretary, office clerk, or receptionist. Medical Terminology specific to radiology preferred.
