Job Summary
The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for a full range of administrative support in a medical office setting providing duties to help patients and their familes feel truly supported, while maintaining patient and business confidentiality to ensure that the needs of the internal and external customers are met. Reports to assigned supervisor.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required.
• Medical Administrative Assistant certification preferred.
• One to two years' experience in a medical office or hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of medical coding preferred.
