Job Responsibilities:

• Enter payroll data for 250 employees
• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
• Process New Hire Onboarding
• Respond to questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
• Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to supervisor
• Maintain payroll files and scan archived timesheets
• Maintain I9 files

Requirements:
• Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

Compliance:
• Background check and drug screen
• Credit check
