Our large beauty client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead all transactional media initiatives in partnership with the brand teams for the D2C channel. The manager will aid in the design and implementation of the transactional media strategy and execution for six websites.
You are a passionate, creative, innovative data-driven media expert obsessed with driving top-line performance. Proficiency with the transactional media ecosystem, beauty best practices & media KPIs/metrics is required. This role will breathe life into our beautiful brands to drive positive ROAS, specifically across paid search, paid social and affiliate marketing platforms (Commission Junction) for the D2C businesses.
This manager must thrive in driving strategy and be willing to dive deep in the details to achieve excellence in activation. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of luxury transactional media placements (eg. non-promotional tactics), creative and has the ability to synthesize and communicate that information to different levels of stakeholders across the organization. Lastly, this individual will also work side by side with CRM, site experience and brand marketing business leads to drive comprehensive 360 strategies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.06 to $56.73 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in media activation and/or digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Deep understanding of media platforms & beauty/luxury trends
- Proficiency with media metrics across paid search, social and affiliate platforms
- Attention to detail and high level of organization
- Experience managing budgets with moderate autonomy
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively structure and articulate presentations
- Aptitude to thrive a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
