Job Summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring for Population Science Project Coordinator, O'Donnell School of Public Health

Experience and Education
  • Master's degree in related field and one (1) year experience in behavioral, social science or public health
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and three (3) years' experience in behavioral, social science or public health.
  • Prefer bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Job Duties
  • Coordinate reporting aspects such as preparing progress reports, continuing reviews and updating records for Internal Review Board and funding agency.
  • Meet regularly with other staff involved in data collection and data analysis to ensure timelines are being met; make suggestions for improved workflow and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and submission of grant proposals, specifically budget and staffing proposals.
  • Assist in conducting surveys and gathering or abstracting data.
  • Participate in recruiting and interviewing research participants.
  • Assist in synthesizing and presenting research findings.
  • Supervise research project staff and assist in development of work plans.
  • Other Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
