Required
- Education
Master's Degree In related field or
Bachelor's Degree In related field
- Experience
8 years Experience in behavioral, social science, or public health with Master's Degree or
10 years Experience in behavioral, social science, or public health with Bachelor's Degree and
Prefer bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Develop short and long term goals and objectives for the program in line with University goals.
- Make operational and programmatic decisions that have a significant impact on the successful achievement of program strategies and objectives.
- Edit grant proposals and write or provide writing support, provide comprehensive editorial review, advise investigators on proposal content and organization, assist with updates and maintenance of institutional resource template materials and create complex budget proposals and justifications and staffing proposals.
- Maintain collaborative relationships between different departments, universities and community partners.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partnering institutions.
- Represent the program in various national settings.
- Serve as lead research program representative and monitor all collaborative relationships between departments and with outside entities.
- Supervise research program staff.
- Participate in selection process of research staff.
- Assess policies and procedures to ensure optimal operation of clinical research unit.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
