We are currently seeking a Practice Management Intern in our in our Client Value & Practice Management department, reporting directly to the Regulatory Practice Coordinator.
The Practice Management team is an integral part of the firm focusing on internal and external needs and promoting overall operational efficiency within the Regulatory practice. The Practice Management Intern will have the ability to gain an understanding of the behind-the-scenes operations at a law firm with an opportunity for mentorship and professional growth.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting tasks.
- Maintain team calendar.
- Update content for internal website.
- Support practice management projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating reports and charts.
- Help organize and schedule evaluations for non-partner attorneys.
- Assist the Practice Management and Billing teams with the collections drive by tracking data, creating reports, and maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets.
- Format and proofread internal documents and presentations.
- Assists with other operational/administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- High School Diploma or equivalent, senior in college preferred
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook Word and PowerPoint
- Established attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize among competing tasks under pressure and time constraints
- Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate with peers and superiors
- Good judgment and a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and loyalty
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client, firm and office information and adhering to the Firm's Core Values
