Swoon is actively seeking a Prinicpal AI Application Engineer Engineer/Architect to join the team!

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Detailed technical design and development of applications using various technology platforms
  • Determines methods and approaches to projects, transforming business requirement specifications into programming instruction, designing, coding, and testing programs.
  • Build a comprehensive digital banking platforms to meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Contribute to the solution architecture and designs as well as writing and debugging code
  • Coach, train, and mentor junior engineers while developing strong relationships with business partners
  • Develop technical specifications, high level/detailed design, testing strategies, and implementation plans from business requirements.


What's required?
  • 10+ years of experience in software development including a clear understanding of data structures, software design, core programming concepts and CI/CD Deployments in either a minimum of Java and/or C++ (this is more of a back-end role)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a global team and able to articulate your decisions to enhance the business and stakeholders
  • Experience in SQL databases, including database design, Cloud experience (AWS, Azure -preferred, or GCP)
