This candidate will be working in a dynamic team environment to help deliver Open RAN (ORAN) vision. You will be supporting lab testing of a highly visible program for Open RAN testing and evaluation. The candidate will continuously work with various Mobile Network Operators and ORAN suppliers to evaluate their products in the designated ACCoRD labs. You will execute various test cases, collect logs, document, participate in troubleshooting activities with the equipment suppliers and ensure that the defined methodologies are followed in the testing process.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelors or Master's degree in any related field (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications)

* Experience in NR (New Radio) and LTE (Long-Term Evolution) Air Interface.

* Experience with ORAN (Open Radio Access Network) Fronthaul interface.

* Experience using test equipment: Signal Generators, Signal Analyzers, and various Emulators/Simulators (UE/DU).

* Experience in configuring the O-DU (Open Distributed Unit) Emulator to generate O-RAN C/U/M Plane messages, NR Waveforms, and test O-RAN conformance of different O-RUs.

Experience with O-RAN conformance tests and troubleshooting to identify root causes of failures.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Develop test scripts using UE Emulators for E2E RAN performance.

* Execute scripts and debug issues related to E2E RAN Performance tests using UE Emulators.

* Experience with QXDM and XCAL for debugging issues.

Familiarity with packet capture tools, UE logs, and spectrum analyzers
