Process Development Engineer Intro
We are seeking a skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and optimizing process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards while improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Term: 18 months
Working hours/Hour Per Day: 1st Shift 4:45 AM - 7:30 PM Monday- Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls
• Implement improvements to meet quality standards
• Review and document work modifications and additions
• Assess product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods
• Determine costs and schedules for process implementations
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process and technology target specifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of process development principles and quality control
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
