Maintain, implement, and deploy mission critical production data collect series. Respond and resolve incidents for the L1/L2 on-prem and AWS cloud solutions. Finally, facilitate development for the new cloud solutions for tasks such as data migration, analysis.
Core skills: RedHat Linux expert, Middleware WebSphere expert, core Java, code structure for production support, troubleshooting, debugging.
Production operation support for AWS resources: Cloud AWS + migration, Perl, Python, CI/CD deployment, automation, and packaging, Cloudwatch, Grafana, Terraform scripting, AWS security, monitoring, alerting, Incident management, Ticketing ServiceNow, deployment, incident reporting, Agile squad.

Required Skills & Experience

Experienced hands-on (5+ years) Linux, WebSphere, Java, and AWS production support having skills to maintain solutions and process operational data tasks and maintenance. Respond to and resolve incidents for the on-prem solutions. Finally, facilitate product development for the new cloud solutions for tasks such as data migration, analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting using AWS resources, python, Terraform, Grafana. Must have hands on experience with RHEL, Java, and AWS S3, LAMDA, Terraform, Cloudwatch. Experience with ServiceNow a plus. BA in CS or related fields with 5+ years of hand-on production support.
