Within Global Strategy & Operations, the Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT), is the business analysis and business decisioning arm of Global Commercial Services (GCS) responsible for studying business performance and uncovering practical insights to support GCS growth.
The SPT Capabilities group leads tools strategy for our 4,000+ colleagues in the field (face-to-face) and telephone teams who manage new sales and the retention and of existing business. We are responsible for partnering across the entire GCS business - including sales and client management, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Compliance teams to accelerate the growth of the GCS business by equipping a best-in-class B2B customer-facing organization. This includes introducing innovative solutions and crafting roadmaps for the most viable integrations to provide a seamless and best in class prospect and customer sales experience.
Our team is working to shape a best-in-class sales process using technology, AI, and Machine Learning. We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic problem solver who sees the opportunity in every challenge. Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
In close partnership with the SPT Director, who this role will report into, a Sr Analyst, Product Management will:
- Lead project and program efforts for product implementations
- Identify, communicate, and run risks associated with product launches
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple partners throughout the organization to execute on capability strategy
- Work with customers, key partners, and partners to define a product vision and strategy
- Understand and apply new trends and competitive practices into product roadmap requirements
- Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance
- Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria
- Partner with vendor design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management with consistent track record of delivering a product vision and strategy
- Consistent track record running large, complex features or products with multiple partners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in equivalent field preferred

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
