Team Introduction
Our team is responsible for the TikTok Shop (E-Commerce business) search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design, making sure of the customer experience. We focus on increasing GMV and creating a good e-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities
-Responsible for e-commerce search product, cooperating with US algorithms and engineering teams, making search product strategies,strive for GMV target and a good e-commerce ecology.
-Responsible for search infrastructure, including product and user understanding.
-Responsible for front-end interaction design in search, to ensure that users have a good search recommendation experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
-Current full-time MBA student or equivalent experience.
-Good data analysis skills and be able to promote product development through data analysis.
-Good logic and understand algorithms and strategic thinking.
-Strong cross-team collaboration skills and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
-Those with experience in the search field and experience in e-commerce platforms are preferred.
