Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring a well-functioning platform ecosystem. We ensure our marketplace is an exceptional experience, safe, and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators. Joining the Customer Experience team, you will be part of a group analytical program managers and problem solvers that drive cross-functional initiatives in the design and management of customer experiences across fulfillment, aftersales, service, and trust & protection.

Responsibilities
- Own strategies and processes that enhance experience across the platform
- Lead multiple projects across Product, policy, operations and technical teams to define and scope the necessary strategy and workflows to be developed
- Builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners developing trust and mutual respect
- Conduct data analysis and provide metrics-driven insights on experience journeys and touchpoints, governance, and seller and customer trends for weekly/monthly meetings
- Draw on root cause analysis and trend reporting to solicit and drive broader resolutions
- Drive cross-functional product and process development and improvements and work with internal teams to collaborate, drive prioritization, analyze and resolve complex issues
- Builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners developing trust and mutual respect

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of MBA no later than December 2025
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using Excel and SQL.
- Excellent logical reasoning skills, resource integration abilities, teamwork skills, communication, and ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, highly demanding and ambiguous environment. Strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
- Track record of strong project delivery in project and program management settings.
- Ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of Marketplace experience working for well-known e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in process development and process improvement, Six Sigma a plus.
