Job Description:
  • Collections Product - assisting delinquent card customers make their account current
  • Platform modernization effort for card collections experience.
  • Take responsibility portion of workstream and some ongoing work initiatives while moving to new platform.

Requirements:
  • Product experience
  • Agile experience
  • Exposure to leadership - delivering updates/results/challenges
  • High volume environment
  • Experience working in large enterprise platforms & custom builds
  • Strategic thinking - when to build vs. when to leverage existing platforms
  • Contractor technical resourcing being staffed for the delivery of the offers initiative within Collections
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Former C1 experience preferred
