About the Team:
The Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) team is committed to improving the management of contingent workforce through the development and optimization of processes and products. We support the entire business and their workforce strategy. Our team is spread across the entire globe and dedicated to creative and innovative solutions for Contingent Workforce Management using data and experience to drive program adoption. We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support our goal of a global contingent workforce management platform built in-house.

Responsibilities
- You'll report to the Lead Product Manager supporting the launch and continued development of a new Product line within the organization, working closely with the Program Managers across the globe to support their needs.
- Coordinate critical aspects of product launch, including managing timelines and project-related correspondence.
- Review existing documentation to confirm content and clarify processes and procedures, document new processes and workflows for both tech-facing and business-facing user guides and SOPs.
- Research existing workstreams and processes to have a deep understanding of interdependencies in the organization to support Product development; collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our offerings.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying, mitigating, unblocking, and escalating issues, including recommending and implementing updated workflows, such as building (or re-engineering) processes for repeatable, critical tasks.
- Act as an intermediary between front-line support and engineering to support end-user needs.
- Assist the Product team with requirements gathering and documentation, helping manage the ticket backlog and workflow.
This is a 12-month contract payrolled through a third-party agency
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Technology or Product-focused environment collaborating with a range of experience levels and job functions.
- Managed small-to-medium-scale projects, created schedules and timelines, delegated tasks, oversaw the project's progress, and monitored risks to escalate when needed.
- Experience writing/editing technical documentation such as User Guides, SOPs, Release notes, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving end-user difficulties, such as bugs or other technical issues that affect the user experience.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement; Excited to dive into new challenges, ask questions, and seek solutions.
- Familiar with chat-based communications platforms like Lark, Slack, Teams.
- Strong communication skills, especially written communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in contingent workforce management (staffing, recruiting, MSP or VMS Software).
- Experience with change management activities with stakeholders to drive adoption and achieve project goals.
- Experience working with international stakeholders across multiple time zones.
