Production Engineering Manager

As a Production Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of high-quality components. You will lead a team of engineers, manage production lines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product standards. Your role involves troubleshooting production issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

You will be responsible for:

Develop and implement production processes and procedures for the manufacturing facility.

Lead and mentor a team of production engineers, providing guidance and support.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and processes.

Monitor production performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Address and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Manage projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and cost reduction.

Requires:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in production engineering roles.
