Seeking a skilled 3RD Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the smooth flow of operations within our plant. In this role, you will supervise hourly employees, ensuring that production meets quality and safety standards while also coaching our team to achieve optimal results.

Manage daily production demands while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Experience in leading a team of approximately 25 union employees, providing training, coaching, and disciplinary actions as necessary.

Monitor and address day-to-day product and process concerns.

Collaborate with other departments to solve operational challenges.

Ensure compliance with the Collective Agreement and Plant Rules.

Make informed decisions and solve technical or scheduling issues as they arise during shifts.

Requirements:

Proficient understanding of automotive quality requirements.

Familiarity with HSE regulations, Collective Agreements, and manpower planning.

Flexibility to work weekends and off shifts as needed.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent training.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in production-related roles within manufacturing operations.

Skills:

Basic computer literacy is essential, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
