Production Support Engineer :

- Support the Openshift platform utilized by 6 different LOB in the bank. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux administration, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Ansible automation, and related technologies to ensure the stability and reliability of several critical applications.
- Provide production support for applications running on the Openshift platform
- Perform dedicated maintenance activities to ensure service stability
- Engage in automation initiatives using Ansible to streamline processes
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement remediation measures
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement changes
- Manage Jira backlog items related to production environment incidents and change work
- Participate in incident management, change management, and problem management processes
- Triage and resolve critical issues promptly to minimize downtime

Qualifications :

- Linux administration
- Expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Ansible automation
- Experience with CI/CD Tools like Jenkins and BitBucket
- Experience with production support processes, including incident management, change management, and problem management
- CKA / Certified Kubernetes Administrator is a plus
