Data Support Engineer (Production Support)
We are looking for an ambitious Data Support Engineer who is customer centric and possesses a proactive approach to getting things done. As part of our Clinical Application Support team, the Data Support Engineer will act as the primary contact for complex data and API support issues. You will be the key driver in triaging issues and managing end to end resolution of the case working with the development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and triage all complex data and API issues with internal and external applications.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve support cases in a timely manner
• Develop monitoring processes to catch and resolve issues as they occur and reduce the number of incoming support cases
• Proactively detect data inconsistencies and troubleshoot data failures
• Manage deadlines and prioritize work in time sensitive situations
• Train CAS team on data and API issues and how to resolve support cases

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or healthcare related discipline
• 4+ years of experience with process documentation, data preservation, integrity, and traceability, Redshift, SQL (RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL), ODBC, UNIX/Linux, Rails scripts, other shells and/or languages (Bash, sed, awk)
• Experience with APIs in a technical capacity
• Experience in AWS Cloud environment
• Good understanding of data hygiene and data transformation processes
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical personnel
• Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• PowerBI experience a plus
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $55 - $58/hr. w2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
