4 years of training or 4 years of experience in business administration management science or public administration.
-OR completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration AND 2 years of training or 2 years of experience in supervisory, administrative and/or managerial position.
-OR completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file AND 2 years of training or 2 years of experience in supervisory, administrative and/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research and/or policy/procedure development.
-OR 1 year of experience as Program Administrator 1, 63122.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above

What You'll Do:
- Manage general business functions of the office
- Analyze and evaluate contract services program, procedures and policies
- Coordinate communications and reporting activities necessary to the office
- Assist with budget, financial services related to contracts, payments, deposits, invoicing, & receivables
- Manage fleet operations including requests and reimbursements
- Authorize expenditures and purchases
- Develop and administer special real estate programs and projects, prepare important documents, correspondence, directives and publications
- Note : Program area is Real Estate Administration

Qualifications
