We are accepting applications for an Program Administrator 2 within the Office of Real Estate & Land Management (REALM) , headquartered at Fountain Square , assigned to Franklincounty. What You'll Do:
  • Manage general business functions of the office
  • Analyze and evaluate contract services program, procedures and policies
  • Coordinate communications and reporting activities necessary to the office
  • Assist with budget, financial services related to contracts, payments, deposits, invoicing, & receivables
  • Manage fleet operations including requests and reimbursements
  • Authorize expenditures and purchases
  • Develop and administer special real estate programs and projects, prepare important documents, correspondence, directives and publications
  • Note : Program area is Real Estate Administration
Starting hourly pay of $29.49/ hour with multiple pay increases over your first 8 years of service and an ending hourly pay of $42.01/hour.

Qualifications
4 years of training or 4 years of experience in business administration management science or public administration.

-OR completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration AND 2 years of training or 2 years of experience in supervisory, administrative and/or managerial position.

-OR completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file AND 2 years of training or 2 years of experience in supervisory, administrative and/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research and/or policy/procedure development.

-OR 1 year of experience as Program Administrator 1, 63122.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above
