Required Experience and/or Education:
4 yrs. trg. or 4 yrs. exp. in business administration management science or public administration.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research &/or policy/procedure development.
-Or 1 yr. exp. as Program Administrator 1, 63122.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above

What You'll Do:
- Serves as agency manager of the ICD claims modification program.
- Develop, maintain, and implement relevant business and agency policies governing the handling of ICD modification requests and related ICD modifications.
- Formulate & implement evaluation tools, instruments & methodologies necessary for effective program assessment & reporting on ICD modification outcomes.
- Conduct necessary training on the ICD Modification program for a wide variety of agency audiences.
- Backup resource to the ICD Coding manager.
- Assist the ICD Coding manager with providing training to customer service teams throughout the state and serve as a primary trainer in the absence of the manager.
