PROGRAM COORDINATOR (FT; 40hrs/wk) - Temple Faculty Practice

Coordinates and facilitates all aspects of the program. Following the workflow/plan, provides management and day to day operations of the program to ensure clinical and financial compliance, patient safety, appropriate data capture and billing compliance and monitoring. Works closely with the members of the program clinical team to develop effective tools for close monitoring, reporting and coordination of care. Works across Temple Health to include additional service locations and expand the number of patients participating. Will liaison with social service organizations and government agencies as required by our contract with the PA Department of Health.

Education
Bachelors Degree : Healthcare or related field (Required)
Masters Degree: in Public Health or Health Administration (Preferred)

Experience
2 Years experience in a healthcare environment and program development (Required)
General Experience in patient customer service and data management (Required)
