Program Director - Clinical Services Supply Management

Position Responsibilities
Responsible for the systematic development, implementation and coordination of specific project teams related to supplies and/or equipment utilized all across THR entities. Choose appropriate clinical or other staff from around THR to fairly represent the specific initiative, working closely with them to assure buy in and support from appropriate peer groups. Develop criteria to be utilized for fair and balanced outcomes.
Responsible for the creation and/or management of all data analysis in the building and refining of data used in the decision-making process for the projects managed. Also, develop, monitor and analyze appropriate performance measurement tools to help manage supply costs. Includes building spreadsheets and analysis through THR information and financial systems for presentation and decision making.
Coordinate and negotiate with hundreds of supply and equipment vendors in the process of supply/equipment standardization/cost reduction. Also interact with the GPO (Premier) staff around contract creation and utilization.
Maintain and manage contracts associated with all assigned projects - aware of critical timelines and due dates of legal agreements. Also, design and manage implementation schedules for all product conversions.
Produce and present status reports and financial summaries to all levels of the organization regarding current and future projects.
Create effective relationships with system Materials Managers, system leadership, physicians, and all clinical staff in the daily completion of duties. As well as, assisting in the programs of vendor certification, equipment recalls, and clinical staff education.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Five years in supply chain role (required)
- Healthcare experience preferred
- CPMSM - Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPM and/or CMRP) (preferred upon hire)
