• 3-5 years of experience

Earn Up to $60,000 DOE

Merakey is expanding their special education program into the Indiana, PA school district. This program will oversee three classrooms providing support to students who require emotional support and autistic support.

• This position is the operational leader of this assigned program.
• The position will ensure program regulations and best practices are implemented, managed and maintained.
• This role will be responsible to provide ongoing administrative and clinical program direction in development, program evaluation, and program planning.
• Oversees the profit and loss for program(s)
• Manages daily operation of program(s)
• Ensures contractual requirements and Merakey policies, procedures and best practices are met
• Implements policies/procedures as directed
• Ensure compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from payors
• Participates in the marketing, development and expansion of programs (e.g. developing programs and proposals to expand services)
• Oversees recruitment and new hire onboarding processes.
• Provides on-going guidance, mentoring, feedback and motivation to staff to ensure competent performance while adhering to department and Merakey policies and procedures.
• Recommends and/or makes decisions in personnel related matters (performance review, disciplinary actions, and terminations). This includes monitoring attendance, leave requests, ensure accuracy of hours worked and adherence to Agency policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned as it relates to the position
