Essential Job Functions:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the creation and implementation of comprehensive business strategies that align with the Air Force's EW assessment mission objectives. Lead the full lifecycle of EW assessment programs, from initial concept through deployment and sustainment.
- EW Assessment Development: Develop comprehensive EW assessment capabilities, including equipping field engineering teams with the necessary hardware, software, and processes to conduct Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) assessments for each MDS/Weapon system. Ensure the "tooth-to-tail" EW assessment capabilities are in place for all tasked USAF MDSs, including specialized assets as outlined by ACC/A326KL and CSAF Plan 53.
