As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing programs that are central to our mission. You will collaborate across teams to ensure projects align with strategic goals, manage resources effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement of your teams and program. Your coordination and organizational skills will be key in ensuring our programs deliver value while supporting an environment of innovation and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Program Coordination: Manage the delivery of impactful programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Apply best practices to handle multiple priorities and navigate challenges effectively.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, leading a collaborative environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement. Support team members to excel in their roles.

Resource Management: Assist in allocating and managing resources to maximize program value and maintain operational efficiency. Ensure optimal use of talent and tools across projects.

Delivery Focus: Balance program success with maintaining a positive and productive team culture. Address challenges proactively to support high performance and a healthy work environment.

Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and User Experience teams to streamline processes, reduce silos, and achieve shared goals.

Clear Communication and Stakeholder Management: Implement communication strategies to ensure transparency of project plans, milestones, and progress. Facilitate regular updates and encourage feedback to keep stakeholders aligned.

Operational Execution: Oversee the program lifecycle from initiation through execution and launch. Ensure excellence in planning, execution, and delivery, addressing any operational issues promptly to maintain program momentum.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Program Management Experience: A proven track record with 5+ years of successfully managing programs and projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.

Proficiency in Agile Methodologies: Practical experience with agile project management, with the ability to apply agile principles to enhance delivery across diverse teams.

Team Collaboration Skills: Experience working with and developing high performing teams.

Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build consensus among cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared vision.

Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain order in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks effectively, manage competing demands, and drive execution without compromising on quality.

Experience with Distributed Teams: Hands-on experience working with geographically dispersed teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Problem-Solving Aptitude: A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and address challenges, drive improvements, and contribute to program success.
