Program Manager (Oracle Cloud)

A leading wholesale distributor of building and industrial products is looking for an experienced and motivated Oracle Cloud Program/Project Manager to join their team. You will be working with key business user and the IT team in this role. You will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring and controlling the Oracle Cloud Applications Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation of a modern ERP, WMS and TMS system in multiple markets, within a company-wide system rollout.
Manage creation of ROI and business cases/feasibility studies and impact assessments.
Create a new, scalable product delivery function across the organization.
Help evolve and drive the large-scale, BlueLinx planning process, standards, and forums, including rigorous issue management and resolution.
Spearhead complex, strategic launches across the 50+ US-based branch locations and Atlanta-based branch support center.
Develop and rollout a full lifecycle playbook including rigorous prioritization, planning, and go-to-market launch readiness in collaboration with our Branch Operations, Technology, Product/Category Management, Analytics, HR, and Finance & Accounting teams.
Actively look for continuous improvement opportunities with senior leaders and across functions and processes.
Help identify and ultimately lead special projects across the organization.
Work closely with key functional partners including Branch Sale & Operations, Technology, Program Management Office, Finance, HR and other support teams.
Build trust and collaborative working relationships with key business partners.
Effectively communicate about initiatives, plans, and challenges with BlueLinx associates at all levels.
The pay rate for this position is $60-80/hr and is dependent on years of experience, certifications and education level.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of program management and/or engineering experience with a proven track record of successful product delivery and transformation in a Supply Chain / distribution environment.
Digitally-savvy and seasoned delivery leader who has managed organizations through transformation at scale.
Deep experience in change management
Experience creating processes in an agile environment and in support of a multi-program portfolio.
Understanding of SaaS business models.
Ability to identify trends and tell the story behind large amounts of data.
Demonstrated customer obsession and excellent expectation-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically targeted to a senior leadership audience.
Proven record of innovation and thought leadership to build new tools and processes.
Solid interpersonal skills and able to effectively organize and communicate with cross functional teams.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle, strategic planning, and program planning.
Ability to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience.
