Job Summary: The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and supervising all clinical services in a Women's Treatment and Recovery Services (WTRS also known as MMAC) treatment center under the direction of the Director of Addictive Diseases. Duties include managing day to day operation of clinical services in MMAC program. Assist and ensure all documentation and authorizations required for admission, service provision and discharge are completed accurately and in a timely manner per Agency and DBHDD guidelines (i.e. BHA Assessments, Treatment Pans, Safety Plans, Discharge Summaries etc.) Responsible for meeting all regulatory guidelines and performance measures for clinical services per DBHDD and CARF standards. Oversee the recruitment, orientation, and training of clinical and non-clinical department staff.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Performs various administrative, clerical and documentation to support activities.
  • Participate in required in-service training and departmental meetings.
  • Acts as the Program Manager for WTRS: Mother's Making A Change program.
  • Provides oversight to vehicle operations.
  • Provides oversight to Therapeutic Childcare operations.
  • Provides oversight to nutrition and kitchen functions.
  • Responsible for maintaining fidelity and compliance with all aspects of SUD services provided.
  • Seek ways to increase fidelity and participation in services.
  • Continue to seek additional grants and program development to increase awareness of recovery, inclusion of family in the recovery process, prevention education and reducing stigma in each community.
  • Schedules and facilitates weekly staff meetings.
  • Recruit and clinically supervise staff.
  • Collects program specific data and completes weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Ensure that the program operates within state and federal guidelines.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly audits on all staff under direct supervision.
  • Clinically monitors and signs recovery plans as designated by the clinical director.


Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensure/Certification - Current, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist or Certified Addiction Counselor
  • Experience - Minimum one (1) years of human services, social work, and /or clinical experience working with the mental health or substance abuse populations; 1 year in supervisory role.
  • Other - Criminal background check clearance, official academic transcripts, valid driver's license/ID drug screen, TB test


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience - Minimum two (2) years of human services, social work, and /or clinical experience working with the mental health or substance abuse populations;
  • One (1) year of experience working in a substance use disorder treatment setting
