Our Client is seeking a Program Manager to participate as a member of Research & Development Agile development teams. Project Managers are responsible for facilitating collaboration and co-creation with designers, developers, product managers and end u . The Program Manager's highest priority is to make sure the team is unblocked and ensure all team members are aware of the desired outcome and release dates. Program Manager's engage in typical project management activities such as monitoring & reporting on progress, spending and risks while acting as the point person for all communications and logistics related to the project team.
This Program Manager will be assisting with surgical devices and its video and audio management. The primary responsibility of this role is to simplify what the physicians need to do as part of their procedure. This person will be working with AI and scrum teams to detect diagnosis. Many projects will be product specific with the main goal to build the ecosystem to connect different products. Daily responsibilities consist of facilitating of constructing the design and development plan, reaching out to stakeholders within different countries and time zones, and working with regulatory groups, operations teams, and clinical teams.
Compensation:
$60/hr to $70/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Program Management experience
• Experience communicating with business development, marketing, and other product focused roles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Competency in critical thinking and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, scientific fields, or computer science; advance degree such as - MBA or MS desired.
- 5+ years of experience preferably in a R&D, engineering, or project management role, interfacing with new product development
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Healthcare Medical Device or Medical IT industry is desired. 3+ years' experience in Agile development
