Program Manager

Insight Global is looking for multiple Agile Technical Program Managers to join the team of one of its largest Automotive OEM clients in Dearborn, MI. These individuals will be responsible for leading various technical projects, focusing on the regular & timely delivery of those projects. This is a hybrid position in Dearborn, MI.
Specific responsibilities include:
o Organizing & leading project status & working meetings
o Preparing & distributing progress reports
o Managing risks & issues
o Correcting deviations from plans
o Performing delivery planning for projects
o Managing multiple projects

Compensation:
$50/hr to $60/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

BS in related field of study(preferred)
5+ of experience managing technology based projects
Prior experience within Automotive/Manufacturing industries
PMP, PPM, Certified SAFe Scrum, or Agile Scrum certifications
Strong exposure/knowledge within dSpace hardware, software, or HIL
Experience managing a global dispersed project team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Master's degree
2+ years of SAFe/Agile/Lean experience
Experience within PDO environment
